Bruce Avico provides both Architecture and Interior
Design services.
Architecture is typically organized in three
phases:
Phase A - Design
This is the creative phase where owner and architect work together
to arrive at a design to fit the owner.
Phase B - Working Drawings
These are the detailed drawings ("the blueprints")
which explain to approval agencies and contractors how the design
is to be built.
Phase C - Construction Administration
The architect visits the job site to inspect the work and meet
with contractors. During this phase, owner and architect finalize
material selections and other details.
Interior Design is offered as a supplementary
service for clients seeking a cohesive character for their spaces.
Assistance is provided with the selection of furniture and other
interior elements.
